  • You are in a hurry and need to rent a storage unit now
  • You want to make a payment before you are late
  • You need to rent another unit
  • You simply love new technology

Kiosk Renting Instructions for New Tenants

  1. Press the "New Customer" button.
  2. Press "Rent a Space.
  3. Select the unit size you would like and hit continue.
  4. If you would like to purchase a lock, click the lock picture. Otherwise, click "None".
  5. Select the location and hit continue.
  6. Review your move-in details and click continue.
  7. The next few steps require you to fill in your information. After you have filled in your information for each field, hit continue. The fields are as follows:
    • First name *
    • Last name *
    • Company name
    • Address *
    • Address 2
    • City *
    • Province *
    • Postal Code (called Zip Code on the screen) *
    • Daytime Number *
    • Mobile Number (Refill in your daytime number if you don't have one) *
    • E-mail address (Used to e-mail your invoices to you)
    • Driver's license number *
    • Driver's license province *
    • Alternate contact information
    • Billing address (automatically fills in the same as your address you entered in earlier)
  8. After you hit the last field, click continue.
  9. Place your index finger on the finger print box, so the machine can grab your finger print.
  10. The machine will now take a head shot.
  11. If you don't like the picture, it can retake it, otherwise hit continue.
  12. Review the rental agreement. There are up and down arrows, so you can scroll. Press continue once you are done reviewing it.
  13. Select payment method. It will except Cash, MasterCard and Visa.
  14. Insert your payment into the machine.
  15. If you select to pay by a credit card, it will ask if you want to set up automatic payments with the credit card inserted. Click "Yes" or "No."
  16. Select if you want to have your rental agreement e-mailed to you, printed or both.
  17. It will display your access code, and your Kiosk log-in information. It will print this information out for you.
  18. Once you have read it, click "Finish."
  19. If you purchased a lock, it will drop one for you in the Lock Pick-Up box.

Kiosk Payment Instructions

You will need know your unit number and the last 4-digits of your phone number.

  1. Press the "Existing Customer" button.
  2. Enter your unit number.
  3. Press the "Tab" button to move the cursor over to the next field.
  4. Enter your last 4-digits of your phone number.
  5. Press "Continue" after you have entered your information.
  6. Press "Make a Payment" button.
  7. Select the unit you would like to make a payment for. You have the ability to make a single payment for multiple units.
  8. If you have a balance due, the amount owing will be displayed. Also, you have the ability to pre-pay for future months.
  9. The kiosk accepts cash, MasterCard and Visa.
  10. Insert payment.
  11. Retrieve your payment.
